(1) Features of material

Meltingpoint:~115-120℃

Feed  Temp.:~125-135℃(higher  temperature  will cause bigger granules size)

(4) A brief introduction to technological process

The liquid sulphur will be supplied from sulphur tanks (by Contractor) by pump through sulphur re-melt tank and basket filter and via a jacketed

pipeline directly to the drum granulation system.

The liquid sulphur will be spray into drum through sprayer in the drum, cooled and freeze in the drum with drum rotation, the round solid sulphur will form. Round solid sulphur will flow out through drum, then the sulphur will feed into storage system through collect conveyor and bucket lifter and feed into silo (by contractor).

d. two screw type slagging machines, contact material is SS316L, power is 0.37kw f. Water tank: 2000X1840X1000, material is SS316L, base frame is SS304

to upper DCS, all control operation from upper DCS.
