• MMP type Oil pump product series Description:

  MMP type oil pump is horizontal, multistage, head double or single suction, horizontal axial split, both ends of the support centrifugal pump, it is designed according to the API610 standard requirements,BB3 pump type.

• The axial force self-balancing is adopted in the form of symmetrical impeller arrangement, which reduces the failure rate of balancing mechanism.

• The inlet and outlet of the pump are located under the pump body, and the equipment can be removed without moving the line during maintenance and overhaul.

Product characteristics：
1.Tapered shaft end design, easy to install and disassemble coupling. It facilitates onsite seal replacement and normal maintenance.
2 Standard API sealing chamber, according to the working condition and user requirements can be configured with different sealing forms.

3. All mouth rings, interstage bushings and throttling gaps are made of non-occluding, high-hardness matching materials. Can be treated on the surface, get higher hardness, in order to transport solid particles and other wear media.

4. Hot installation of impeller, interference fit. The whole rotor stiffness is good, the deflection is small, the operation clearance is guaranteed, and the operation is reliable and stable. Axial force self – balance of symmetrical leaf-laying wheel.

5. Separate pump body design, easy maintenance and installation, double volute makes radial force self-balance, shell strict calculation design to ensure strength, stiffness, improve the reliability and stability of operation.

6 pump inlet and outlet are in the lower part of the pump body, maintenance and overhaul only need to open the pump body cover, without moving the pipeline, reduce the maintenance time, improve maintenance efficiency.

7. A variety of bearing configurations for different power selection. All kinds of instrument interfaces are reserved in the box for users to choose. Dust-proof structure design effectively prevents oil leakage and dust from entering the box.
