Main equipment configuration:
  1. Wheat soaking and germinating mixing box 1 PCS.

Installation and commissioning
  1. The machine should be installed in the test room of 4℃–26℃, too low or too high temperature may affect the normal operation of the malt testing machine, please note.
  2. The laboratory shall be equipped with sewer for drainage and tap water facilities for water supply. (The height of the drainage outlet from the ground 100mm)
  3. The machine should be installed on the smooth and solid cement floor to ensure levelness and verticality.
  4. When the machine is installed, the distance between it and the wall should be no less than 500mm
  5. The outlet of the drying box is connected with the bellows of the corresponding diameter, and led from the upper part of the laboratory to the outdoor.
  6. The external water inlet and drainage pipes connected to the device must be laid out reasonably and convenient for operation and maintenance. Under normal use conditions, no leakage.
  7. The machine adopts single-phase 220V power supply, rated power 8KW.
  8. When starting the fan, check whether the fan runs normally.
  9. When starting the electric heater and refrigeration unit, check whether the heating and cooling system is running normally.
  10. Check control system. The monitoring and adjustment of temperature and time should be sensitive and reliable, and the data response should be accurate.
  11. Connect the communication line between PC and PLC to observe whether the correct data is transmitted to PC.
  12. The installation site should be equipped with grounding cables to ensure equipment and personal safety.
Use and maintenance:
  1. Barley in the test before, must first be placed in the basin or other container cleaning disinfection, in the cleaning process, remove the dry wheat and floating wheat, and then the cleaned barley into the testing machine sterilized germination box for wheatmaking process test.
  2. After one cycle of the test, the germinating box should be cleared in time. Dust and other foreign matter in the drying box and the testing machine chamber to ensure the testing machine chamber and the germinating box. The hygiene of the drying oven. Replace the water in the water tank regularly to avoid using water too dirty and deterioration, affecting the wheat process test.
  3. Regularly check whether the solenoid valve and other actuator work normally.
  4. Check the filter screen of the drain pipe of the germinating box frequently to prevent blockage of foreign matter and ensure smooth drainage.
  5. During the transportation and storage of the equipment, the water in the water tank must be drained to avoid corrosion or circuit failure.
  6. In the germination stage and dry stage, the wheat should be turned in time.
