260 Double screw press

This series of 260 press is a small press, suitable for pressing fresh grapes after crushing and juice separation after the peel residue or fermented grape peel residue, sea buckthorn fruit, Chinese medicine residue, ginger, spinach and other fruits and vegetables containing certain fiber juice extraction.

The machine is a double screw, the screw direction is opposite, the pressing force of the material is large and uniform, the slag mouth conical body is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder or spring, adjust the oil pressure or spring pressure can change the pressure effect on the material, adjust the juice rate,the effect will have certain differences due to different materials. The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel.

This machine is composed of a frame, a transmission system, a feeding part, a juicing part, a hydraulic system, a guard and an electrical system.

The press screw rotates with the main shaft, and the material conveying screw is set on the main shaft to do reverse rotation with the press screw.

The hydraulic system is provided by the plunger type oil pump, and the hydraulic pressure is controlled by the pressure adjustable relief valve.

The two oil cylinders are fixed in the tail support seat, and the size of the material outlet is controlled by the piston rod.

The dry and wet slag discharge can be controlled at anytime according to the requirements.
