CMT500 is a system equipment for automatic malt production。allowing the malting operations steeping, germination, kilning and roasting to be performed in the same unit ,Material transfer and equipment cleaning without intermediate process。Batch handling capacity of 500kg barley.
The process management and the malting recipe (including process time, temperature programmed etc.) are determined by the operator of the plant. The system will run according to the recipe
CHARACTERISTICS
Air distributes evenly through the malt bed.
Even water spray distribution for steeping, germination and roasting.
Operating temperatures up to 150°C (approx. 302°F) provide the possibility to produce a wide range of malt varieties。
  Air tight duct and Vertical tank container construction to allow high saccharification temperatures without reducing green malt humidity during caramel malt production.
