Bed part: the bed part is a bending welding structure, is the carrier of other parts, its structure is simple, light weight, making the whole machine appearance beautiful and generous.

Hydraulic system: the main control components of the hydraulic system of the machine are Taiwan hydraulic components, the hydraulic system adopts the integrated channel block structure, the hydraulic pipeline adopts seamless steel pipe, the high pressure hose is used at the active connection, and the U-shaped quick assembly joint is adopted, thereby eliminating the leakage phenomenon of the system and improving the reliability of the hydraulic system. Hydraulic main motor and hydraulic oil pump adopt the most advanced hydraulic servo energy saving system, instead of the traditional asynchronous motor and vane pump, high efficiency, fast speed, power saving, low noise, low temperature rise, environmental protection and energy saving.

Electrical system: The electrical system of the pipe bending machine is powered by 50HZ, 380V three-phase AC power supply, and the control line is powered by 380/110V control transformer, which is used to control the work of contactors, intermediate relays and solenoid valves. The main electrical components are selected from internationally renowned manufacturers. All the control button switches are installed on the mobile operating platform. Through the button on the operating table, the point and single action of the bending movement rod, guiding, clamping, bending and other mechanisms can be realized immediately, which is convenient for machine debugging and maintenance.

Mold part: The mold of the machine is composed of bending die, movable jaws, guided pressure die, core, etc., and anti-wrinkle plate and soft core head can also be added according to the needs of users and actual bending pipes to improve the bending quality of pipes.

Safety protection: The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button to ensure operator safety.
